Same problem here. I would like to note that this happens on my desktop pc running Proton Experimental as well as on my Steam Deck running the recommended Proton version...
I just tried with Proton Experimental (not bleeding-edge) on my Steam Deck, didn't fix the issue.
This seems to be a regression as I don't have this problem with Proton 6.3-8.

I can't seem to send logs. (Failed to send logs: HTTP 500) If needed, I'm willing to upload the logs somewhere manually
@t3chguy This also happens on Windows 10 using the official nightly binaries.
I'm also having the same issue with every game I tired, namely Beat Saber, Pistol Whip and I Expect You To Die 2. I didn't try with GE.
