I don’t have any dlc installed
It also occurred before I set up my mods
Whichever the default is
Change “Auto” to “Vulkan”
Vulkan seems to have fixed it however my performance dropped
 using the new build
Mine are up to date Seizure glitch (purple)  White screen 
The bluriness seems to be fixed however
