The Problem is, you have to create it by yourself. An empty folder should do it. But why, I don't know. It should be automatically created as described in docker...

Ich hab jetzt MySql.Data auf Version 8.0.33 (Auf Nuget die neueste Version). Aber eine Datenbankverbindung schaffe ich nicht.

Did you really create a GrafanaDB folder and give it 777 Please post the content of your Teslalogger folder (ls -l) 

did you try to restart the whole container? basically it should rebuild all dashboards after every restart. That's how we are able to update dashboards with an Teslalogger update.
