Have markdown cells in exported notebooks

This would also be very useful for Adaptive, where we have an example [notebook](https://github.com/python-adaptive/adaptive/blob/d9fc5ddc7ab3a0ce5bfabe5927d8572158ab4315/learner.ipynb). Ideally, we should be able to use content from the docs to generate the notebook.
