Works fine for me on iOS 16b2 iPhone 11. I sideload it weekly via AltStore using the [.ipa](https://miro92.com/repo/depictions/com.miro.uyou/iPA/YouTube_16.42.3_uYou_2.1.ipa) here on GitHub.
Why is iTunes still not present in the extra bucket? The link to download it is now https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/win64 (https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/win32 for the 32-bit version)

But it works on previous pwsh versions
