[BUG] /terminal-setup not working, no way to enter multiple lines

I had the same issue. It seems that VS Code is not picking up `keybindings.json` in WSL's user directory. I just placed the binding in `C:/Users//AppData/Roaming/Code/User/keybindings.json` and it works immediately.
