That would require changes to the native side to accept the utf16 widechar string when passing unicode. This would still require changes on the native side but would work correctly...
Please make UTF-8 the codepage for all shader source.
One additional issue with finally is that it gets called also when within the try block a 'return' call is made.

It doesn't look like Mouse.Windows.cs is used by the WinRT/UWP targets, which i had a worry about for a moment.

Hi, would this be more mergable without the TickWait/Run bit, i can remove that i guess, would make it less effective
