Allow exporting of statistics data

There is the button "Inzendingstatistieken exporteren" that allows exporting the metrics.

@sergei-maertens de telemetrie optie is heel mooi, maar toegang tot Grafana zien wij vooral voor systeembeheerders. De doelgroep voor deze feature zouden we vooral voor ons zien voor functioneel beheerders....
