To keep issue alive, the issue with GCC and pulling in x86 atomics is still there. Possibly, caused by Boost: https://github.com/iains/darwin-toolchains-start-here/discussions/43

@catap @ryandesign On 10.6 PPC both `harfbuzz-devel` and `graphviz-devel` build fine with gcc12 with no modifications to portfiles.

@catap I will try not to forget to try in on Tiger, a bit later.
