IfcWalls not getting displayed when ObjectPlacement IfcLocalPlacement is using ReferencedByPlacements

I got the same issue with this IFC file. [6.999.zip](https://github.com/xBimTeam/XbimGeometry/files/7117132/6.999.zip) The wexbim file does not include Exterenal ID: 7656, Tag: 264698. But Xbim Xplorer desktop can show it.
