Hi! I found an issue executing the command like this: `php artisan serve --host=0.0.0.0` It simply doesn't work this way. Always sets 127.0.0.1.

- Root composer.json requires bangnokia/laravel-serve-livereload 1.0 -> satisfiable by bangnokia/laravel-serve-livereload[1.0.0]. - bangnokia/laravel-serve-livereload 1.0.0 requires illuminate/console ^6.0|^7.0 -> found illuminate/console[v6.0.0, ..., 6.x-dev, v7.0.0, ..., 7.x-dev] but it conflicts with another require.
