Nothing in DMV menu

I am at a loss i have be throw this reading 15 times and every time i cant get the DMV to work at all no blip no options to do anything in the menu just a guy standing there and a menu the read me has so many errors in it idk if it even right can someone help me pleas e

Hi mate, the script does work with all the steps followed correctly. Do you get a menu with qb-target(ALT)? or maybe any errors in F8 that might help?
