Probably because the website wasn't forcing captchas for every request 3 days ago. Right now you will get a captcha even when using a normal browser.

Try clearing your cookies. If that doesn't work you should probably just ask on IRC.

I'd find this pretty useful, too. Or maybe just a small button in the file field (like the "Post from url" button) that randomizes the filename when clicked.
