### What is your feature request? It would be a big QoL improvement if Invoke-EvergreenLibraryUpdate returned the object representations of the EvergreenLibrary Apps that were newly created when it ran....

### What happened? When _Invoke-EvergreenLibraryUpdate_ tries to run _Get-EvergreenApp -Name MicrosoftVisualStudio_ it errors out, causing the whole of _Invoke-EvergreenLibraryUpdate_ to stop. If one app within the Evergreen Library update process...
