Camera issue - not working

I tried running the code as instructed, but found that my camera has started but my gestures are not visible on screen, as well as I am unable to draw using my gestures. Once, I gave access to camera, the camera started, but I am not able to view my gesture as well as unable to draw. I nearly waiting for 20mins and found no results.
