Fixed issues with AOSA books caused by changes to the webpage since the last commit. Added the two new AOSA books as separate recipes.

Server Migration

The server which hosts CovidAPI is currently at a higher configuration than actually required. There'll be migration on Sunday 23rd August to a smaller server. There isn't an expected downtime...
