They use custom dash streams, adding them to streamlink is just to much work. closing
This website has a small user range, not worth it.
it uses some other version of `mdstrm`, not https://github.com/streamlink/streamlink/blob/8a7717f549b3f67fe3d596dbe1e562f17d48a8a8/src/streamlink/plugins/mdstrm.py as it is geo blocked, I don't think we have some one who will add it.
