Did google guys actually tested the solution? There is no difference between this so called SwipeRefreshMultipleViews and SwipeRefreshLayout. Same prolem when empty view is showing refresh circle is not showing...
Ok guys i have found the solution. Use android:clickable="true" on your FrameLayout.
