[bitnami/postgresql-ha] There is a severe bug with the postgres-HA on K8 as the restarting down node REPMGR ignores the fact that there is a newly elected primary putting itself as the primary causing split brain. The witness doesn't help at all.

We had also problems with brain split, even with witness node. After a while we saw some usable log messages, like - FATAL: remaining connection slots are reserved for non-replication...
