The `command="ini"` cannot be used for cleaning .xml files. It can only be used for cleaning .ini files like this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/INI_file . Does this help?

@Shaerif What do you think of copying the file `%appdata%\bleachbit\bleachbit.ini` from the old computer to the new computer? Just place it in this same directory.
