Synchronous Audio Router stopped working out of no where.

I have tried deleting/recreating my recording endpoint and uninstalling/reinstalling S.A.R. but nothing does it. My endpoint doesn't get any audio from Reaper and no error is being shown. Any help...

My endpoints won't save

I tried opening up Reaper as an administrator but it won't do it, also tried disabling "Safe Mode" on my UMC404HD. Any help is appreciated!
