Oh, I hadn't realise it would fail if you used a non-nightly with that flag. Is there a way to check if the current version of `rustc` supports MCDC?
Oh, the second link is *great* -- close to perfectly what I need! I did actually find [#type-check-diagnostics-settings](https://docs.basedpyright.com/latest/configuration/config-files/#type-check-diagnostics-settings) but I didn't make my way down to [#diagnostic-settings-defaults](https://docs.basedpyright.com/latest/configuration/config-files/#diagnostic-settings-defaults). Maybe a solution...
