2024年BUG依然存在，我被迫在一个图的tooltip的formatter函数中派发事件，在另一个图监听事件并使用dispatchAction，showTip,然而仍需指定seriesIndex，仅仅dataIndex是无效的，可是我的series无法确定，我只能默认使用第0个。
