I use @b0o's [way](https://github.com/pnpm/pnpm/issues/3779#issuecomment-1207514152) but it should be fixed ASAP.
Updating manifest.json file seems to work at first glance but it didn't.
After v3.15.1 problem still persist.
problem solved for me with latest updates
