if in any case, we try to demote the userbot itself, the exception isnt catched and bot crashes., probably a bug.
Basically The Voice files - Songs - TTS are unplayable in IOS, maybe there's some extension issue.,but for now its not working in IOS
avoiding repetitive code where checking if the instance is vm or not which wont' make a difference as the core functionality is still the same.
