I can see a scenario where we stick with AV1 and build our own [dav1d by VideoLAN](https://code.videolan.org/videolan/dav1d) (BSD 2-Clause) or [libgav1 by Google](https://chromium.googlesource.com/codecs/libgav1/) (Apache 2.0). Should even work for wasm...

@Kriskras99 one concern is that it uses nasm... And yet I hope they merge that Rust API by Rerun IO by the time Bevy matures for native video playback feature.
