Those ESCs have no current sensing, that's why you are not getting any amps.
@LoKKeR96 Looks like your ESC telemetry is not working. Take the props off and check in the KISS GUI if in the Data Output tab you can get a reading...
There is definitely no compatibility issue. Is the serial configuration on the KISS FC set to OSD?
I'm afraid there is not much you can do. Most likely an issue with the FTDI chip or the bootloader section in the ATMEL chip. Sorry.
Yes, you can contact your dealer for a replacement. Not sure how old the board is, so no guarantee that they will replace it.

Can you post a DVR or video of what is happening?
The Steele PDB receives its RSSI information through an AUX channel from the KISS FC. I have seen this for BF, but I don't think the KISS FC firmware is...
