抓包看下请求有没有发出去，有没有响应？
用 chrome 抓包看看页面发出哪些请求
不要用 ip 改用当前页面的域名试试
你这样配置就可以
检查下规则有没有错别字
页面内部请求可以通过 `includeFilter://reqH.referer=page1.html` 做过滤
