MAC 重启后，whistle 连不上了，重新装 whistle 启动也不生效.

Node 版本：v20.11.0 Whistle 版本: v2.9.63 前两天安装可以正常使用，重启 mac 后服务打不开了

还是没有解决，不过换了 dmg 安装 app 的方式解决了，抛弃了 npm 全局的方式
