@AshishBhatia89 You try to activate the configuration setting "Create temporary table for validated import_data". For me it solved a similar problem a couple of years ago.
I haven't experienced the error from the stackexchange link, and I'm using FastSimpleImport heavily in two bigger projects, both with configurable projects.

Sorry, somehow I missed this comversation. I updated the PR and, yes, that issue is tackled in the 2.0 refactoring as well.
I have seen this behavior when there are no shipping methods for the selected country. Can you check if this is the case?
Wir haben jetzt einen Bug behoben - mit tabellenbasierten Versandkosten (Magento-Standard oder Matrix Rate) nach Gewicht gab es Probleme. Ich hoffe, das löst auch dieses Problem.
