Have found a workaround but it's very hacky. Hoping Apple fixes this bug by the time tahoe 26.1 rolls around. Till then the workaround version (using https://github.com/ejbills/mediaremote-adapter) is attached here....
That's odd, `brew` should've automatically picked up the latest 3.2 update. That contains the spotify fix as well as the workaround.
