Scoping this for v4.3. Any takers from the community will be appreciated.

Further investigation is needed, scoped for v4.3.

This is an OS enforced access specific to CentOS, and is out-of-scope from the purview of localpv-zfs.

Should get resolved with the PR: https://github.com/openebs/zfs-localpv/pull/350, which prevents volume deletion if a snapshot is present.
