Scoping the investigation for v4.3.

Let's check the feasibility to have this change merged as Beta-grade for the v4.2 release.

This is being moved to OpenEBS 4.3 release as there has not been any progress.

There has been no further activity on this PR. Moving out-of-scope from OpenEBS v4.3.

There are two parts to this requirement: 1. Exporting node states in the prometheus metric format. 2. Adding the required fields to the kubectl mayastor plug-in outputs. Scoping for v4.3

@adamcharnock we are short of contributors to work on this issue. Would you be interested in becoming a Mayastor contributor?

@adamcharnock do you have some cycles to work on this ticket?

Identified that there are stale values in the values.yaml that will be cleaned up.
