Good idea. However, development slowed done on my side. Hopefully I'll find more time during winter.
Hm, everything looks OK. Can you also check that /etc/cron.d is empty and /data/etc/cron.d does not exist? When its turned off, can you activate it again via web interface?

You might try manually mounting webdav to see error messages: mount.davfs -o ro,conf=/etc/photoframe/davfs2_owncert.conf "YOURWEBDAVURL" /data/photoframe/images_webdav
This problem should be gone with rclone (https://github.com/avanc/photOS/issues/80)
PIR-Sensor is already supported: https://github.com/avanc/photOS/wiki/Motion-Detection Power button is not available, but should be possible with a short script, which executes `shutdown`.
