make_game_iter is kind of useless. str.join method creates a list anyway.

Title pretty much explains the problem -- Lint errors are not being shown on the gutter of new view into the file. Is this a Sublime limitation?
It would be nice for `jj reword` to pre-populate description when triggered on changes with empty description (maybe through `ui.default_description`). This could be a useful reminder to fill in things...

Maybe when `--unfold` is used.
AFAICT, github.com/fatih/color dependency (which pulls in other dependencies) seems to be very minimal and could be removed easily, logging this issue to to check if you're open to it before...
Might be neat.
