Does plugin work with filterVariants?

Hi, in my android project we use filterVariants in gradle. Now that it is deprecated I am updating it to beforeVariants, I get errors from your plugin job. Is it supported?

Dont want to paste exact error, but it seems its missing product flavours on some modules. gradle sync and regular build jobs work fine.
