Packer fills /tmp, does not clean up after itself

According to @ichilton in issue #2, packer fills up /tmp, and although supposedly it obeys the TMPDIR environment variable to change where it builds, supplying this through Ansible doesn't appear...

Pretty sure this is a typo. I can't see any way this makes sense if it wasn't.
