Just checking in on some of my progress. I changed quicksilver to run on multiple nodes, and created an implementation of the ior benchmark (not too sure about the FOMs...

Adding GPCNet benchmarks, network_test and network_load_test. FOMs are TBD. Potentially closes #322.
