### 提案内容 2022年4月5日あたりのアップデート（12.5.0）からスプラッシュ画面に着せ替えが適応されなくなったため、その機能を復活させる おそらくAndroid12以降でスプラッシュ画面の実装の仕方が変わったため、廃止されたと思われます Android12以降ではできないかもしれないため、「Android12未満で」とつけています
