bookmark import hierarchy

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. import bookmarks from HTML is functional but just dumps the bookmarks in an unsorted list.

Describe the solution you'd like Please organize the incoming bookmarks :D

• we talked about organizing them by tags (to fit with what we currently have).

Describe alternatives you've considered We also talked about also preserving the nesting hierarchy of incoming bookmarks. (the HTML file seems to have folders and subfolders... but not super nicely arranged) To preserve the hierarchy we first need to answer some questions about how we want that to be organized within Nyxt. So let's ignore it for now, and discuss how we want to arrange nyxt bookmarks in another issue.

Additional context Parallel / related work is happening:

1. https://github.com/atlas-engineer/nyxt/issues/3227 is about removing a redundant command and adding/improving a way to edit bookmark tags.
2. ongoing discussion about bookmark structure

This is not very important right now.

We need to improve Nyxt's bookmark facilities and then we can think about how the bookmark organization of other programs would map to Nyxt. As of today, import-bookmarks-from-html works well enough.
