Feature Request: vi-move-cursor-back nil

I prefer the cursor not to move back primarily because I've gotten used to vis

I imagine the setting would look similar to evil-move-cursor-back nil.

I'm not sure if I understand the request. Isn't the cursor position conserved when toggling between vi-normal and vi-insert?
