egg-scripts 支持继承的方式的，可以看下 egg-scripts 是怎么继承 common-bin 的。 封装为一个第三方的工具吧。 egg-scripts 不打算集成热更新相关的功能。

执行时机不一样吧，现在他们 runtime 是启动期就需要这个环境变量了，除非是插件启动后再调用 commandx 传递过去。但在这之前的日志呢？
