If all windows are closed, clicking on the dock icon should open a new window

Asar archiving was disabled because `negative-screenshot` does not support it. After https://github.com/atdrago/negative-screenshot/issues/1, we can re-enable asar archiving

Tabs should be able to drag out to a new window.

Love the framework! 👍 Is there any way currently to test menu item functionality through spectron? I could test the code itself but that doesn't take into account menu item...
