svcdiff only exists to detect malware (unlinked services). We don't have a linux.svcscan that I can find, and I am not sure what it would do.

Going to close due to lack of feedback.
I did eventually figure out that its used along with the ASLR shift ot get symbols correctly for Linux.
@ikelos is this something needed for parity? I would need you to at least code up part of it to see what it should look like, if so.
