Resident Trading is broken

When confirming a trade, the items shown to both players don't show properly. The trade will also never go through.

The DailyEvent will only fire one time, not daily, after each time the server restarts. I have a fix in this commit: https://github.com/ataranlen/civcraft/commit/e4dcf89c89c74f78f44278b97156eabaa9318c77
