JPLSpec is down

JPLSpec is down. This is an upstream issue with their SSL certificates. The site maintainer is apparently on vacation. I'd like to leave this issue open until the service is fixed.

If you encounter this issue, please either :+1: it or reply below.

I still see this issue. Have you pinged them, has there been any ETA given?

I pinged Brian Drouin & another JPL email address. The site is back up, but the certificate is bad.

SSLError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='spec.jpl.nasa.gov', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /cgi-bin/catform (Caused by SSLError(SSLCertVerificationError(1, '[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: self-signed certificate in certificate chain (_ssl.c:1000)')))
