Figure out an arm9 payload to restore backups

In the event of upgrading to a bad commit (which just happened earlier today), an option to restore backups from an arm9 payload would be convenient.

team_game_log crashes attempting to parse games where one of the teams has 0 passing yards

ThemePlaza generates extra previews when creating theme zips. We should allow navigating between these previews using the D-Pad when in Preview mode.
