Да. поменяйте темплейт коллфайла: https://github.com/litnimax/astconfman/blob/master/astconfman/config.py#L63 добавьте туда переменную callerid https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Call+Files

faced the same issue: initially transferred zone records from another ns-service, after that tried to add them to tf. had to remove all records and apply tf state. works fine
