We (LLVM) were unable to find the ready replacement for this feature. So far we're thinking on utilizing the GitHub action that would trigger on new issue and send email...

rnaSPAdes is not part of SPAdes 3.9 release
Implemented (partly) in #64. Global coloring is a separate issue since we'd need to deal with overlapping paths somehow.

@ekg The PR seems to contain lots of unrelated changes. It may help to get rid of them in order to have much cleaner diff.
