Bring up a GUI to crop the new avatar with, show what will be cut off with the circular shape.

Store a list of muted channels, sync between client/server and between devices via WS.

Adding in communities will come later.

Implement a mechanism for replying to a user's message, presumably in a right-click menu or hover to the side like Signal.

Currently emojis work if you type the code (i.e. `:purple_heart:`) but auto-complete would be nice,.

Throttle notifications (i.e. 3+ per channel in 30s = mute for 60s). Experiment with different thresholds.
